I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient, with a grocery store and bookstore just next door. The amenities were great too, like the pool, gym, and a lovely sauna. My room was comfy and clean, and the overall vibe was very welcoming. Plus, the air always smelled amazing!
On the flip side, the check-in process was a bit of a hassle. The staff could have been friendlier, especially during the check-in. the breakfast options were quite limited. A few improvements in service would make this place great!

From the gentle reception staff like Ms. Lina Alharbi and Mr Mohammed to the luxurious amenities like the pool, jacuzzi, and spa, I felt pampered. Although the fresh fruit options at breakfast were limited after day one, the overall comfort and spaciousness of the rooms made it worthwhile. our initial room mix-up and mosquito issue in the bathroom were frustrating, and I did not receive promised compensation. The nearby landmarks offered unique family bonding experiences, contributing to an enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week while on a business trip, and it was fantastic. The location is perfect, with great restaurants and a large supermarket just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I loved the diverse breakfast options that catered to all tastes, and the spacious room was a huge bonus. Plus, having a Starbucks on-site was a good perk!
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

During my transit stay at Wa Hotel in Jeddah, I found the location convenient, only 14 km from the airport. The hotel provided a fantastic atmosphere with a well-maintained indoor pool and a relaxing spa, which helped me unwind after my travels. The breakfast offered a good continental spread that set a positive tone for my day.
I did experience a minor discomfort with the bathroom floor, which felt quite cold compared to the carpet in the main room. While this was not a dealbreaker, it was a bit surprising given the otherwise comfortable surroundings.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the hotel's prime location near various attractions, making it easy to explore the city! The interior was stunning, and our room was beautiful and well-decorated. We appreciated the comfortable bed, which made our stay cozy and relaxing.
The experience was marred by some significant issues. We were given a room that wasn't prepared, and the staff's response was frustratingly slow. the noise from the staff knocking at our door repeatedly disturbed our sleep. Add to that the problem with the air conditioning in the first room, and we felt a bit let down overall.

Unexpected kindness from the staff
The staff welcomed us with warmth. The amenities were great, especially the fine swimming pool!
The noise from the nearby street made it hard to sleep at times. I wished for better soundproofing in the rooms to ensure a more restful night.
